Special Recognition for Mr. Moustafa Hidaoui at the Pan African Youth Forum 2024

During the closing ceremony of the 4th Pan African Youth Forum held in Oran, Algeria, Mrs. Fadimatou iyawa ousmanou, President of the Cameroon National Youth Council and Deputy Secretary-General of the Afro Arab Youth Council, presented a special recognition to Mr. Moustafa Hidaoui , President of the Algerian Higher Youth Council .

This honor, extended on behalf of the Cameroon youth delegation and the Afro-Arab Youth Council, celebrated Mr. Hidaoui’s outstanding leadership and the significant role played by the Algerian youth in organizing the forum. The event was a remarkable success, setting a new standard for youth initiatives across Africa.
