The Secretary-General of the Arab-African Youth Council extends congratulations to all young people in the world on the occasion of International Day

I would like to extend my congratulations to all the youth around the world on the occasion of International Volunteer Day, which this year is being celebrated by the Afro Arab Youth Council from Manama, Bahrain, in collaboration with the Bahrain Voluntary Work Association and the Arab Federation For Voluntary Activity.

Volunteering is a key tool for achieving sustainable development and building cohesive communities. At the Afro Arab Youth Council, we believe in the central role of youth in driving the volunteer movement at local, regional, and international levels.
We are pleased to celebrate this day from Manama, Bahrain, and we encourage all youth to continue their efforts in serving their communities and promoting the values of solidarity and selflessness.
