Afro-Arab Youth Council Honors EPIK LEADERS Initiative Leaders in Morocco in Recognition of Their Efforts in Empowering Arab and African Youth

As part of its active participation in the Future Leaders Conference in Africa, held in Casablanca, Kingdom of Morocco, the Afro-Arab Youth Council honored:

Mr. Mahmoud Sharqawi – Director of EPIKLEADERS Foundation

Mr. Nizar Chaari – Founder of the initiative

This recognition comes in appreciation of their outstanding efforts in empowering and equipping Arab and African youth, and enhancing their capabilities in leadership, innovation, and international communication.

During the award ceremony, the Secretary-General of the Council, Eng. Huzyfa Elhassan, expressed his deep appreciation for the pioneering role played by the EPIK LEADERS Foundation in building a new generation of young leaders and fostering impactful partnerships at the continental level. He also praised the high level of organization and the warm hospitality received by the Council’s delegation participating in the conference.

The Secretary-General affirmed that this recognition aligns with the Council’s policy of supporting impactful initiatives and honoring individuals who play a pivotal role in youth advancement and enabling them to shape the continent’s future with awareness and responsibility. He also emphasized the Council’s openness and continuous willingness to cooperate with such initiatives.

For their part, Mr. Sharqawi and Mr. Chaari expressed their pride in receiving this honor, confirming their readiness to continue fruitful cooperation with the Council to expand the positive impact of youth initiatives in the Arab and African regions.
