Dr. Nabil Yahiaoui, President of the Arab and African Youth Council, expressed their happiness with the Libyan government's trust in appointing Mr. Fathallah Abdul-Latif, who is considered one of the founders and contemporaries of the council since its establishment in Khartoum.
