During the African Youth Communication Camp held in Tiout Oasis, Naama Province, Engineer Huzyfa Elhassan, Secretary-General of the Afro Arab Youth Council (AAYC), delivered a keynote address to the participants.
In his speech, he praised Algeria’s leading role in supporting African and Arab youth initiatives and expanding platforms for dialogue and cooperation among young leaders.
