The Afro-Arab Youth Council (AAYC) participated in the Sixth Edition of the Global Entrepreneurship and Investment Forum, hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain in its capital, Manama, and organized by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), with broad participation from economic leaders, policymakers, entrepreneurs, universities, financial institutions, and civil society representatives from around the world.
The conference served as a high-level international platform for dialogue on the future of entrepreneurship and innovation. It concluded with the issuance of the Manama Declaration, which affirmed that youth are active partners in global economic transformation—not merely beneficiaries—while emphasizing women’s empowerment and the integration of the green, blue, and orange economies.
