The Afro-Arab Youth Council (AAYC) extends its warm congratulations to H.E. Fathallah Abdel-Latif Al-Zeni on gaining the confidence of the Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity in Libya and being appointed Minister of State for African Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
