The Council emphasized that this blessed occasion represents an important opportunity to reflect on the profound values embodied by the Hijrah of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), including faith, determination, patience, dedication, and sacrifice in pursuit of building a better future for nations and communities.

The Council noted that the beginning of the new Hijri year serves as a renewed opportunity to strengthen hope and optimism, while reaffirming the commitment to supporting and empowering young people to play a central role in leading positive change, promoting dialogue and coexistence, and advancing Afro-Arab cooperation and integration.
