Kinshasa | Democratic Republic of the Congo | 11 September 2026 The Afro Arab Youth Council Coordinator for Central Africa, Mr. Hamlha Douksia Senghor, represented the Council at the World Diplomacy Summit 2026, organised by the International Youth Forum for the Development of Africa (FIJADA) in the capital, Kinshasa, from 9–11 September 2026.
